TP Environmental Consulting is a family owned engineering consulting firm.  We are located in Brewer, ME and serve clients throughout the state.  TP Environmental has a staff which includes environmental, chemical, and electrical engineers.  With a strong support staff which are certified in Maine Building, Ventilation, Energy and Radon Code, Measurement and Mitigation.
TP Environmental Consulting is an emerging leader in quality assurance services for the building industry, residential homeowners and commercial buildings.  As third party inspectors we utilize new and existing building commissioning to identify causes and recommend solutions to typical problem areas such as high energy cost and poor comfort or indoor air quality.

Terry Pierson Curtis, Owner, is a Environmental and Chemical Engineer with over 20 years experience in the paper industry and environmental services.  Her technical background and attention to detail have allowed her to become a competent leader in environmental services.  With a solid background in engineering as her basis she has continued to develop her knowledge of the indoor environment, building healthy homes and the toxic hazards we face.  Her experience includes building and energy codes, ventilation, hvac efficiency, radon, asbestos, lead, meth lab and tear gas cleanup, bacteria, mold and air quality.
